You rarely see that, but it's probably just a friend group introducing someone to the game

He is probably level 150 or something and got password summoned by his noob friend.
You can drop most items(which includes weapons) to other players. So it's either that or a high level summon. At RL30 I carry stuff like Mohg's Spear and Rivers of Blood so it's possible to make the stat requirements work at lower levels.

The word sodomite is accurate for the time period. The words gay and homosexuality did not exist in the middle ages and only came about in the 20th century. A lighter word could be something like a "dandy"
