Do apartment buildings and businesses get glass collection?

Yeah they do. They are picked up by different trucks that do commercial recycle accounts

Why not just leave pop cans in the bin when you put it back?

I save the bottles for extra money. In Oregon there's a bottle deposit and there's a program with the green bags where you fill up the green bags and you drop them off at one of the drop off locations and they count them and put the money into your bottle drop account
