@@flattrain5834 Sorry for sounding like a killjoy but I'm not going to stand by this take. Regardless if these signals get taken out of service or stolen, it is absolutely not okay to tamper with railroad property as, even though these signals don't see service anymore, they are still owned by an active shortline railroad. Not to mention, with the way that you are placing the stick, you could potentially break and damage these pieces of history. Yes it's cool hearing these crossings after potentially years of not being activated, but once again, you are going about it by interfering with railroad equipment. You wouldn't go around lowering gates on a modern day flashers and bells crossing would you? Why do the same here?
@@PrimeMoverRailfanProductions u must be fun at parties. its not harming anyone doing this they are all being thrown in the junkyard in the future anyway
@@BalloonBugle88 You're right, I am very much fun at paties. I also care when foamers do dumb things such as messing with railroad signals, along with messing with active mainline junctions, walking into locomotive cabs when they are stationed at sidings, and so forth.
@@flattrain5834 I also wanted to tell you there's 1 railroad crossing in lindsay that uses the teardrop bell, one pair of lights is missing while the other is fine.
Thank you for sharing the orphaned signal with is. I'm glad it is still around.
Yeah
I hope they stay in place and get restored, or if no rail service seems likely, let’s hope they end up at a museum.
I live in Lindsay I think they won’t they are already removing the abandoned tracks
3:27 sounds like an ice cream truck
Update: The Valencia street wig wag got stolen or ran over by a car.

A pole

@@trainlover123trainsrocka few people did.
Nice! Do any trains pass through those crossings?

Nope. This is on the OOS part of the SJVR Exeter sub.
