Hi Crystal, I was wondering if you can tell me why you condition her hair before you shampoo that? When I was taught how to do my relaxer from home, told that you had to put the shampoo on first to stop the activation of the? Is this true?????
I do my relaxer from home myself and thought that will be a good question to ask. With you being a professional I'm not sure if I'm doing that wrong or is it just a step that you take as a professional hairdresser?
