Why doesn't twitch give streamers a warning that their content isn't allowed before banning them straight up?

@@CoreySNorton How does that make sense? The "warning" is the twitch TOS stating that you can't link to porn. If you can get a warning after linking to porn, why not just get a warning for showing porn as well? Better warn this streamer that showing his asshole on stream isn't allowed before banning him.
This is 100% the fault of the streamers and the e-sports org for not knowing the rules of their own website. Twitch's issue is the severity of the ban and the loophole that allows people like Amouranth to still link to OnlyFans, not that Zain got banned for linking to porn.
Honestly I feel terrible for Zain, not even Ludwig's fault either.

The ban durations of those don't make sense, 7 days for someone for the first time and 3 for someone that tip toe the line and many find it strange why twitch don't do anything, but hey, hard to type right on the keyboard for twitch moderators with 1hand

Yeah, 3 days for inherently sexual content over repeated offenses, as well as encouraging viewers to follow their pornagraphic content (onlyfans). Then a full 7 days for a first offense of having a sexual username in a game.

As much as I agree about twitch, Lud's example isn't really accurate. On OF everything spicey is behind a paywall where a 13 yo can't get that easy, so linking it doesn't do that much harm. At least if the parents do their job. Meanwhile the 'accidentally' promoted site has just a button you click, that says you're over 18. 7 days is still ridiculous though.

Twitch's been treating male and female streamers differently for a long time and I don't see people calling them out on that. I wonder what would be if the unfair treatment was the other way around.
I've seen quite a few people calling it out but of course Twitch ignores it all because they are too busy cooming to some twitch girls.

I find it so annoying that the streamers don't sya anything about it. They're just so scared that if they said anything "bad" but obvious, there would be hate threads on lsf of them, and the whole twitch platform hates that streamer. At least train and xqc said something about this because that might give more light to other streamers talking about it, leading to twitch staff finally pulling up their pants and actually do something good.
