it would form a White Hole, the negative energy would produce negative mass, which has an outward gravitational force and would cleanly annihilate (leaving no trace of) normal mass on contact. Although good luck keeping enough negative mass in one spot, as it'd push itself apart.
Although applying negatives to scalar units makes no sense and would lead to nonsense happening (for example, a system two bodies of equal and opposite mass would accelerate in the same direction endlessly), this would probably be what would happen.
