      In your opinion would this be a good ups to power a laptop, 2 monitors and modem/router for 9 hrs? I am debating between the AC50 and AC70

    Ordered mine yesterday.
    Got a 350W solar panel ready to go for it too.
    Thanks for taking the time to put together a great video.

    Nice to see Bluetti products finally hitting the channel! They look solid and everyone seems to give them high praise. Prices look way better than Ecoflow and other leading brands as well

      Definitely solid power stations! Build quality is up there with some of the best I've tested so far. Fan noise is almost non existent unless you're pushing it toward the max. Overall an awesome power station! I just reviewed the 200L and that one is just as good

    Looks good but I think they should've had at least 3 outlets on it. 700w is a good amount of power but only 2 outlets is a bit limiting. I know we can add an extension cord or something, but thats just another thing to add on / carry.

    Thank you for the promo codes! For AC charging, does this use a standard 3 prong charging cable or is it proprietary?

    • @EricReviews
      @EricReviews  Před měsícem

      Unfortunately it's a proprietary cable. I definitely prefer the regular 3 prong as well.

    Sorry, I'm from New Zealand and meaning to live the camper life and I'm clueless on whats the right choice as far as which power station is the right one and so I've been looking around online at different sites and offers on affordability and which one would be sufficient and weighing up my options as far as products I'd be running and the amount of power output id need to support it...yeah there are numerous options, but thankfully i was able to narrow it down to one to that would meet my needs and turns out to be the AC70P...1000/868wah

    At what wattage does the fan kick on? How does it sound compared to others youve tested?

  • @tootsscaf
    @tootsscaf Před 25 dny

    If you have power outage and use this as a ups, consider you are feeding a phase trough your power meter into the fuserack in the transformer house, causing a hazard to electricity company workers who are trying to fix your underground (or aboveground) power cable. Before using this as a ups you must shut down your general breaker or you will be giving feeding your neighbours fridge aswell (or probably the bluetti will just deliver 1000 watts 60 volts until the battery dies) ... if i repair underground cables here in belgium, i shorten both ends of the cable because of videos like you promoting super these hazardous situations!

    • @EricReviews
      @EricReviews  Před 25 dny +1

      Well, if you use this as a UPS, it should be done through the power station AC Port. House > Power station charging input > AC Output to devices you want to keep on backup power.
      What you are referring to is using it as a whole house backup solution and connected directly to your fuse panel. In which case, yes, never connect it that way and make sure your fuse box is set up properly with a Generator Interlock

    • @EricReviews

    • @EricReviews
      @EricReviews  Před měsícem

      I haven't tested a EcoFlow unit yet so unfortunately I cant speak on that. Completely happy with the Bluetti though and its up there with one of the best power stations I've tested as far as built quality goes

    Bluetti has a large reputation but on Facebook I see people with a lot of problems.

    • @EricReviews
      @EricReviews  Před měsícem +1

      Thats one of those things you have to look at from the larger picture. 95% of people who are happy with anything rarely say a thing, but those that are unhappy, always make sure they scream it from the rooftops.
      To get a better idea, I would ask "Who is happy with their power station? I see a lot of problems and aren't sure". I can almost assure you, it'll be an entirely different ratio with those who are happy actually chiming in.

      What is the difference between the bluetti ac70p and the ac70

    • @EricReviews
      @EricReviews  Před 29 dny +1

      @@alexandru20i AC70P has about a 100wh capacity plus a wireless phone charger on the top. Might be a few more minor differences, but those seem to be the main ones.
