And finally Fourth: Bob only caused event's in his Rapper Arc and Anime Arc. He did not caused any major event's in any other ones. Even with that on mind, he only led to anime being banned in Mushroom Kingdom. He didn't helped Francis in his Inkweaver themed schemes.
