- Brian Soldano of High Point wins his third consecutive state title after defeating Joshua Palacio of North Bergen 11-3 in their 190 pound Championship round bout in the 2022 NJSIAA State Wrestling Championships at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ on Saturday, March 5, 2022.
Brian Soldano is the true man! I really thought he was going to get the fall/pin. Congratulations Brian on winning the NJSIAA State Title and on winning the 190 lbs. State championship.🥰🥰🥰

In his sophomore and junior high school years, I didn't see anyone in NJ beating him. Soldano change his style in his senior year. This style is not as productive at the college level yet.

Soldano is another Campolattano. Multiple time NJ State Champion who embarrassed the State when he wrestled at the Collegiate level. He lost twice at the Midlands to two nobody wrestlers after he was seeded #1. For christ sake the one guy blanked him 7-0 and he was a D3 Wrestler!!! 😆 The other kid was only a State HS runner up in some non wrestling State!!
