I really connect with this documentary because my roots are in Uttarakhand, and my whole family has served in the Garhwal Rifles. My great-grandfather was part of the 49 Gurkha and later served in the 3 Garhwal Rifles. My dad served in the 13 Garhwal Rifles, and I served in the Garhwal Scouts and the 20 Garhwal Rifles.
