In Asian countries, usually people use both of their hands to give someone whatever theyâre holding as a sign of respect. Sometimes they even bow while giving it to them.
That's pretty normal in Japan. Maybe they don't usually bow when giving you money in shops and stuff, but when you leave the store they most likely will bow to show you respect
