    Curious to see what the card graded by PSA would be before you restore it would be vs after. After you get your grade, crack it then repair and resubmit to see the improvement.

      Tampered. It completely ruins any value the card would have had.

    You have done about 10 steps to restore the card may as well just get some paint out and touch up them corners. I mean why not it’s already considered altered and juiced up

    You are tampering with it. You are destroying it authenicity, which completely ruins the card worse than any weathering, whitening, creasing, or scatches the card has.

    It's not repairing it your changing it..which means it's not original..when you restore old stuff.antic you lose value in the restore.meaning you can't say it's original..I get you want nice cards.but for what..for resale and grades..that to me is pointless..your scami g people when you sale it as originally...imagine you restore a baby Ruth card...no you wouldn't you would lose all the value and class

    This is called "card altering" which is dishonest. The only purpose of this is to turn a profit. Mention this process to the buyer and see what they decide after they have the knowledge. Real collectors would turn face in a heartbeat if they knew this was done to the card they were looking at. You're a salesman trying to flip a buck and act like you're a part of this hobby. The least you could do is acknowledge what the people commenting on this are saying is true and not try taking the high road. Wait is my comment invalid because I dont have a profile pic?

    • @ShaneRidesABike
      @ShaneRidesABike Před 10 dny +1

      No, your comment is invalid because you’re being a cry baby bitch. What If that card is a binder card, and the guy just wants his card to look better than why does it matter? Of course hes going to get paid for this, it’s called skilled labor. You think he should just do this for free?
      You dont know what type of business he does, you dont know who’s card that is. He could be doing it for free because it’s a close friends, or he could‘ve been asked personally if he can clean up this Charizard and was offered money. Stop crying about little things like him cleaning a card, when there are people scamming people for cards and money in this community.
