I was looking into those Takara sets a while ago and there wasn't much information either, I barely scraped together a gallery on Nookipedia. I saw an image of a Nook 'n' Go set and couldn’t find anything about it, however based on the insert you had, it looks like it was a limited edition set you had to send a letter for, so it must be extremely rare. If you're interested in preservation you should scan and/or photograph this stuff so we can document it! Also, a fun fact: some of the individual figurine sets came with e-Reader cards, and that was the only way to get the cards for Bow, Meow and Shoukichi to have them in your village.
Those were super cool products. If I got one of those animal crossing sets. I would've been making my own floor and wall designs with extra peices of cardstock. Just using the other peices as guides. There is a lot of charm with these products. And now I totally want to watch the animal crossing movie.
I have the Wild World playing cards! They’re actually really fun to play War with. It’s really fun to be upset that you lost a villager. I miss Club Nintendo. It’s easily my favorite reward I got from it (aside from getting Kid Icarus Uprising and Wind Waker HD for free- an extra game for no extra cost is hard to beat).
Randomly found a 2 pack of Isabelle and kk slider pez at a clothing store checkout end cap a few months ago. I love all your finds, I do hope Nintendo re-releases or has new releases of these types of collectors items/toys. Club Nintendo rewards used to be amazing.

I think the rarest Animal Crossing merchandise/item I own is a promotional button for the Animal Crossing Wild World DS game that I got from someone who worked at Toys R Us throughout the GBA and DS eras. I also have some of the Takara Tomy play sets
4:12 MyNintendo rewards differ from country to country, i just yesterday went onto my countries my nintendo page to grab one of the new splatoon x zelda keychains, but they weren't available, what was avialable however was a splatoon set of playing cards, 4 sets od mario playing cards, an animalcrossing one, a Pokemon one, and a whole bunch of amiibo and shirt designs. I had a friend of mine check out his my Nintendo store and his set of avialable items was completely different. he only had like 5 amiibo total, no playing cards, but a bunch of cool pokemon stuff that ill never be allowed to have

Now imagine if the house sets were ever remade and re-released. The idea being that you can make Christmas-village-esk Animal Crossing towns in your house and show off rare villagers found in sets and furnature sets. Mabye have little capsule systems where you'll get a rare villager or furniture in sets, or small bags to with it in them flaunt with them in yours and trade. Or just sell online. Idk. Also little QR codes for bonus items in New Horizons or whatever one is out by then depending on the set. You can also make roads and signs with little cutout instructions or buy them in capsule sets. Wasted potential for collector bank Nintendo. Lol
