Hello sir I was dealing with inconsistency& procrastination but coincidentally I watched this video and forest app seemed very promising to me, especially since you mentioned that you used this app as well. so I immediately purchased the pro version in just 250 rupee and studied for 2 hours straight just because the timer was on I was like I will not get up until my 2 hours gets completed and that grown tree really made me very happy .
