So glad I seen this video it gave me some hope. I had my hearing Monday the VE was late getting on the phone and then the judge ask the VE some questions and she said yes to all of them with 3 jobs. The judge ask her even in pain being 20% off task can they still keep their job she said yes. He laughed and said really?! And she said yes. My lawyer ask 2 questions. 1 can she still hold a job if sit stand option at her own free will. She said yes. 2 question would a person who couldn't use both of their hands do the jobs. She said no. I'm 36 with RA, osteoarthritis on both knees and ankylosing spondylitis. I have right hand deformity and on going inflammation swelling and tightness pain all over my body. I hope the judge approve me. If not Ill have to find a lawyer for the appeals council. What are your thoughts?
