This view is incorrect. George is not intended to be a loser. Both a funny contrast to Jerry. George is based off of Larry David.

The thing that always cracked me up with George was he was always chasing after the woman he couldn't have, and obsessing over them. But the women who actually fell for him, he would find some minor issue with their behaviour or the way they looked and would end the relationship over it. For a jobless guy living with his parents, he was still incredibly fussy.

Seinfeld is the greatest sitcom that has ever been on TV. No close second.

The greatest sitcom that has ever been on TV is the early 90s episodes of The Simpsons, with Seinfeld being a close second. Everybody Loves Raymond is third. Also, fuck Frasier. Get that pretentious shit outta here. lmao

I'm an old man. I was telling people the Titanic would sink, adamantly. But no one listened! Not one! I persevered, but they all still ignored me. Finally, they just threw me out of the cinema.

George Costanza is one of the Top 10 characters to ever appear on television....maybe Top 5. Fight me.

Jason was by far the best actor on this show. So much intensity and sincerity. He made George likable and despicable.

This character is by far the best in Seinfeld: so many layers, so complex, so relatable, such a selfish asshole 😂 i love this guy!
