"The Basilica of Santa Lucía or alternatively Basilica minor de Santa Lucía is a religious building affiliated with the Catholic Church that is located in the town of Timotes in the Miranda Municipality in the State of Mérida, in the Andes of the South American country of Venezuela. These are one of the 2 Basilicas in Mérida, the other being the Cathedral Basilica Menor de la Inmaculada Concepción in the state capital.
