Lost in Nature - Iceland Cinematic Drone Film

- It took me a while to edit this movie. Too many demands on myself, my work and my last visit to Iceland back in 2021 were the result. I couldn't watch the footage for a long time because I was too disappointed about the failed visit to the active volcano back then. At least I was able to take a few shots of the lava (until strong winds and rainy weather came within minutes and blocked the view of the volcano for the entire trip) and integrated them into this film. I really hope you like the result anyway. Despite all the sadness, the landscape of Iceland was as convincing as ever.
I used my old DJI Mavic 2 Pro for this shots. Some Details Shots with my Canon R5. All the Footage is ©Alex K. Media
Wundervolle Bilder, auch ohne mehr Vulkanphotos. Tolle Stimmung. Keine Längen, einfach die Emotion des Moments eingefangen. Da steckt viel Arbeit drin.

Zu hören, dass sich jemand in der heutigen schnelllebigen Zeit noch die Texte durchliest und Filme mit einem derartigen Gespür für Details ansieht, freut mich wirklich sehr. Vielen Dank dafür. 😊 Tatsächlich hat das mit den Vulkanaufnahmen lange an mir genagt - Nun habe ich wohl allmählich meinen Frieden damit gefunden ^^

Sehr schöne Aufnahmen. Hat Freude gemacht anzusehen. Ich war im Juli 2024, jedoch war es sehr oft zu windig, für die Drohne. Wann warst du?
Vielen lieben Dank Heinrich. Bin meist im September dort, so auch bei diesen Aufnahmen. Lediglich einmal war ich mal im März dort. Wind kann wirklich mies sein in Island :D Immer wieder eine Herausforderung hehe.

Hi Alex, das ist ein beeindruckender Film mit tollen Aufnahmen einer fantastischen Insel 👍🏻. Hast du die alle im Jahr 2021 gemacht? Die Lavabilder sind traumhaft, auch wenn sie nur kurz sind. Ich hatte leider im Jahr 2022 nicht das Glück, einen halben Tag vor meinem Besuch war der Vulkan bei mir erloschen. Ich warte noch auf den richtigen Zeitpunkt. Danke für das Video, es verkürzt meine Wartezeit bis September 😊 Beste Grüße
Vielen lieben Dank für das tolle Feedback. Ja tatsächlich alles in 2021 gedreht und seitdem kaum angerührt. Bei mir war es leider das Wetter, welches mir die Sicht auf den Vulkan kurz nach Ankunft verwehrte. Also so richtig verwehrte 🥲 Aber naja, so ist die Natur halt ;) Man muss stets mit allem rechnen. Immerhin waren die Aufnahmen vom Boden aus ein grandioses Erlebnis. Diese Hitze ist einfach unbeschreiblich, generell die Stimmung an einem aktiven Vulkan. Ehrfurcht einflössend und dennoch wunderschön. Bei dir geht es ja nun bald los, vielleicht klappt es ja diesmal - aktuell ist ja ordentlich was los :-) Ich drücke die Daumen!

Thank you so much. Indeed i only had a couple of days :) But it was not my first trip to this beautiful country. so i was a little experienced ^^ But Iceland is so full of amazing landscapes and nature...always hard to choose where to go next .
