    You should have separate chopping boards for meat and veg, not using the same one for everything. Its not hygienic. But great cooking video all the same.

      I use just ground pork from the market, typically try for reduced fat ground pork as its so fatty to begin with

      Most minced meat like pork, beef, lamb or chicken will do.

      Alright, did this at home with some modifications, replaced chili with bell peppers. rice was lime-cilantro-infused, didn’t have chicken powder or the Yibin beansprouts and pork was low-class. Will do this again in the future, try it with better-grade pork, I like it but in my hands it feels like it’s almost there but not quite, with the taste!
