I recorded my first recording with it yesterday and it is recorded in mono. I cannot find anywhere on how to fix that or record in stereo. I don't want all my recording coming out of one side. Did I miss something on how to record or process the files? I'm using a SHURE MX7 mic with XLR cable recording directly to the sd card.
You can’t record in stereo with that microphone. Most podcasting is in mono
That’s not good! I was recording straight into my computer via usb using audition and it was in stereo. I don’t know if I’m going to like the sound of switching it to mono. My podcast has been going now for over three years and I feel like that may make it seem like it’s going backwards instead of forward. I mainly got it so I could have guests on. I didn’t realize it was going to mess with my quality. Now I don’t know what to do. That sucks! :(
@@txsfn72 Humm Im not sure. Why do you record in stereo? When most podcast use Mono
I just like the sound of it better. I put it on you tube and rumble as well. Tascam got back with me and told me to turn off multi track and it would record in one track in stereo. I’m ok with that so I’m going to give that a try. Thanks for your information. That helped me understand what was going on.

Good video brother. Do you record directly to the sd card, or to your computer? Also, have you had any issues connecting it to macbook pro since macbook only has usb-c connections?
It can record form both SD Card, Computer or Both at the same time. No issues at all works like a charm with my MacBook Pro usb-c
Hi, do you know how to route the line out to phone for instagram/tiktok live?

so i recently did an update to the firmware and the interface has 9 pages 0-8 but the software on my pc has 1-8 i want to edit page 0 theres no way for me to edit or delete them
