- Today we are behind the wheel of the what has to be one of the best engine Swapped cars we have gotten in a long time. This is a 1400hp v8 Porsche Cayman and it is amazing.

Engine swaps are the key to GT7. I have 42 and this one is definitely up at the top.
This has been my number 1 swap since it came out too. I was able to make it hit 300mph without nitrous with messing around with the gear ratios and downforce. I've driven the GT3RS and the Cayman GT4 in real life and the Cayman would be a better car if it came with the power of the GT3. The Cayman I drove was modified and it was absurd, an absolute beast!!
If you're clever, you can tune it down to 700pp. It took some careful fiddling to get everything balanced, but in the end it's incredibly capable. 600hp, 2600lbs, Racing Hard tires. At this level, the car is much more stable and competitive. I have another that's tuned to 800pp, but it's a handful. The lack of a higher downforce option really hurts it.
Its an amazing all around car. I have mine in the middle at 699 but when you get the track tunes down its awesome. I have the r35 at 799 with a beast tune and right now working on the smaller gulwing style benz. I almost have it down but with the nose its hard. I can drive my 15 civic thats alittle over 7 as fast as the benz at 8. Im not giving up yet tho i feel like its close. In gt sport the gt3 rs was my fav handling car. By far my fav. I havent tried the newer one yet.

Thanks for testing this one out. I only had a few minutes to drive this one around but definitely look forward to some personal time trials around my favorite tracks i.e. daytona and nurburgring...

Nah it's more of the fact that majority of the V8 that we can swap are the LS7s so it becomes almost stale to keep swapping the same LS7
