- For Smoky Mountain lovers. If you've been here, all of this will be familiar. If you haven't been here... what are you waiting for? Newfound Gap is the only road over the Great Smoky Mountains and Clingman's Dome is the highest point, more than 6,000 feet.

You're in our stomping grounds now, but we are on the NC side. Two months ago we moved to Morganton, an old historic town nestled in the foothills. We are an hour from Mt Mitchell, the highest peak east of the Mississippi River. We love it here and it never gets old. ❤
We're still trying to get east of the Smokies, but work limits my time. Would love to see you and you're part of NC.
