    I'm a new homeowner and had not been told about the condensate pump. I came home today to a utility space filled with water, but this video helped immensely to resolve the issue. Thank you so much!

    So when you put it back together and get ready to turn on. Do you fill it with water or leave empty. Thats what im struggling with

      First I put it back together, then I connected the power and added water until the pump ran to confirm that it was working properly. You may have to replace the pump if doesn't run after adding water to the point where the reservoir is completely full .
