How to Dry Hop Homebrew

  • Simply add one quarter ounce fresh or pellet hops per gallon of homebrew to primary fermentor. You can also add the hops to a secondary fermentor and rack the beer on top.
    Let hops soak for up to 5 days before bottling.
    Some homebrewers like to put the hops in a sanitary hop bag with a weight and sink it in the beer. I have found both ways work well.
