Spoiler obsessed people will never stop amazing me. I finally got used to people who refuse to watch an OP because "spoilers" as if it's not something that the author meant for you to watch, but I saw a person in chat saying "don't translate the title, because spoilers." REALLY?! Can't wait for the day when I see a YT cooment/twitch chatter suggesting to skip entire episodes because the foreshadowing in them is also "spoilers".

The only two times I've cried over a character's death I've known for only ~15 minutes are Pixar's Up and Frieren Ep1. They do so much in so little time that others can't do in an entire movie or season of a show.

there's a gacha game that does handel the whole immortality pov pretty well. one of the characters(A) in question is from a previous civilation that was destoryed, went into cryo for 45 to 50k years and lived 5k wondering/protecting the current civilation from the forces that destory hers. All the while having to mannualy remove memories(either deleating them to by creating metaphyiscal feathers as storage devices) to prevent memory overload due to her perfect memory not letting her naturaly forget. the decive that allows her to do this can also use the memories as fuel for metaphysical/mental attacks. The game mostly religates this to manga side stories and later game story content.
