- This Survivors were in SWF and brought a Map Offering for Eyrie Of Crows. This Map is not that good for Killers, but with Dredge you can zone them out sometimes. I chased this Mikaela. She vaulted a Pallet and waits on the other end and tried to bait a hit, but she actually got hit. A few seconds later, I see her using her Medkit with a Syringe and Refined Serum in front of me, she got downed pretty quick.

Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical horror game where one player is the Killer and the other four are Survivors. The Survivors' objective is to escape the map by repairing five of seven generators scattered throughout it to power the two exit gates. The Killer must impale all Survivors on hooks before they escape, which will cause them to be sacrificed to a malevolent force known as the Entity. If only one Survivor remains, an escape hatch opens. If the Killer closes the hatch or an exit gate is opened, the "Endgame Collapse" begins and the Survivors are given only two minutes to escape.
When hunting Survivors, the Killer must capture them by either striking them with their weapon (one strike injures Survivors and two strikes puts them into a dying state) or grabbing them in one move by catching them unexpectedly. Although Survivors can attempt to escape the hook the first time they are impaled, success is unlikely. They can also be saved by other Survivors. If they are hooked a second time, they enter a "struggle phase", where they must resist the Entity as it attempts to take them out of the game by performing skill checks until they are either killed or rescued. If they are hooked a third time, they will be sacrificed to the Entity.
The Survivors' movement options consist of sprinting, walking, crouch-walking, or crawling. They must elude the Killer by losing their line of sight in a chase or by successfully hiding from them. Most Killers can only move at a pace that is moderately faster than that of a sprinting Survivor. However, the Killer is slower in other movements, such as vaulting obstacles. With some exceptions, Killers cannot leap over obstacles that Survivors can throw down into their path and must instead go around them or destroy them. The Killer also has an aura-reading ability, constantly revealing the location of generators, hooks, and sometimes Survivors. Every Killer has their own unique power. For instance, the Wraith can turn invisible and move faster (though is unable to strike Survivors while hidden) and the Hillbilly wields a chainsaw which allows him to dash quickly along the map and instantly knock down any Survivors in his path. These powers can be altered using add-ons obtained through gameplay.

It’s an extremely good map for mobility/ranged killers, very long lines of sight, clear visibility, even after the nerf there’s only like 5-6 genuinely safe pallets.

The way that they used it was very bad, and I think what Mikaela thought is that it would make her uncatchable until she gets healed, so she possibly tried to taunt him
Regardless of if she was trying to be toxic or not, the way she used her addons was very bad because she took a hit for no reason, lost distance twice and wasted some of the strongest things she has just to try to make the killer angry, and by getting hit right after she just lost the effects

i’m still new to the game can someone explain to me what happened
Killer who's objective is to kill survivor which requires 2 hits without healing, hits the over confident survivor who immediately runs out of sight line but then stays put and uses some very hard to find one use items that they will waste if they use incorrectly to heal in front of the killer before getting hit again, and chooses to make the same over confident play which costs her her items and a hook stage of which a survivor can only have 3 before losing the match
, while that whole interaction would have been solved by running away. If the survivor was trying to distract the killer they could if they were a good player just looped them but instead decided to use OP one uses game changing items just to waste a few seconds of time which could possibly cost there entire team of four the game.
The first stunt is a little mind game where killer breaks the pallet they pan downwards but see you run up and to the side as if you ran around them. Mind you this is actually impossible and the average inexperienced killer will look that way or swing. Cheeky stunts like this are copied from popular DBD content creators. Some are actually really good but if used liberally you will toss the game
