okay so lil vent sorry , so my and my bf were off and on really toxic ik ! but then we got back together recently yk everything was good , oh yea not to mention he cheated on me 3 time that ik of always flirted w so many girls , treated me good for the most part , was really protective over me , always talked good abt me and showed me off then all the sudden just like stoped saying good things just bad having his friends attack me , a lot of mean stuff but idk if i do i feel like i love him a lot we’re still “friends” oh yea last time he broke up w me was bc i was “depressed” which i didn’t even know i was . he’s a really good guy tho miss him so so much he made me genuinely happy :(( any advice or anything ? 💔

I can recommend Ellie Radinger's book 'The Gift of the Wilderness'. She reminds us to go on adventure alone and that we are only on earth briefly. It made me realise that possibility of never meeting the right man and having children doesn't matter at all... But to avoid having an empty life you must go on adventure and get some connections.

i got dumped a week before my birthday, it was something that completely took me by surprise, i cried for days after but the thing that hurt me more than the breakup was clinging to the hope that things would somehow work out- that we were different and so of course he'd come back. I didn't listen to people telling me to let go of that hope and i wish i had because letting go and committing to moving on was the best thing i could do and i did it for myself, don't let the hope of them coming back keep you from moving on because you deserve better than that.
I wish I would have picked myself up after my breakup. It’s almost been a year.. literally in 10 days and I feel like I’ve gotten no where. It’s been the worst year ever and I still find a way to let this guy control my life and he’s not even a part of my life!!!

He literally figured out that he had still in love with his first love , and I let him go because I didn't wanna feel like a second choice . It just hurts knowing he's gonna be with her, even though I know he doesn't deserve me anymore . I just miss it and it's annoying , but it was definitely for the best.

But yeah like let yourself cry because it's a loss, but also while you will miss that relationship, always know that there's a lesson in every failure, and I believe it prepares us for the next one. And this time the next one may be the one you're meant to be with.

i was broken up with before valentine's day, he said he couldn't handle me anymore and my mental illness. he always manipulated me, he was toxic and somehow in every situation it was always my fault. He said he was tired and i made him miserable and later on i found out that he was cheating on me. So now i'm starting to work out again, and do my hair and makeup.
So my breakup was almost a year ago, I'm the one that did it because it was just toxic, the problem is I really liked him so I had to force myself to move on but in reality it was just me trying to distract myself with other things and people. Now I'm just sad and stuff and I don't really have anyone to talk to because everyone is over the situation. So I've been just trying to live my life one day at a time. I think some self care is needed
its really hard for me to get attached to someone and after i do i wouldn’t say that i get super attached but ik that i trust the person a lot but as soon as i sense something wrong its really easier for me to become unattached to them but also still like them it kinda scares me how fast i can move on i don’t really like to show emotions but i also dont hide them like ik they’re there but i dont like to make my decisions based on them i dont really like to let a wrong relationship and guys in general bring me down because like you said everything happens for a reason and im a strong believer in that anyways be strong girl🥰after watching this video i can see that you are and you’re keeping your head up ❤️❤️
I dated someone for 6 years and I thought he was the one. I moved back home to be closer to him as we lived 2 hours apart. He started to be friends with a girl and I felt really uncomfortable about it. We fought a lot and I found out he had feelings for her anyway we broke up and about 3 or 4 months later he proposed to her. I had a hard time and went through a lot but it has been about 2 years now I have let go. I am in a happy place and happy with myself. I have learnt a lot about myself and growing and all I can say is am A LOT better without him.
