Best she can do is distance herself from her sister and her ex due to her probably won’t leave her sister alone -since he deeply in love with her sister. If she stays she be a witness of him constantly coming around to be with her sister !

At first I wanted to say the sister was innocent because she can't help if her sisters boyfriend likes her instead of his actual girlfriend, but then she not only didn't tell her sister her boyfriend confessed to her but also told *him* she was pregnant so he'd propose and then got upset with her sister for aborting the child to not be with the guy *she knows* doesn't even like her and is in love with her sister. That isn't kind or benevolent, that's intentionally trying to manipulate her sister to accept a man that doesn't want her to avoid guilt for him wanting her instead. She's not thinking about what's best for her sister, she only cares about her internal image of being a good woman and sister and doesn't seem to care if she has to knowingly push her sister into a loveless marriage to do it. She acts like a kind doormat but seems incredibly selfish, especially since she seems to think that as long as *she* doesn't have feelings for him that it's all ok and the sister should still be with him. That is messed up logic.
