Dear Hollyoaks writers, not every gay guy needs to have gotten a girl pregnant at some point in their lives. It gets really boring repeating the same story over and over.
I'm starting to think that the show writers are pretty sure that until a gay guy comes out, he must clearly have been able to ''get it up' for straight sex in the time being. Like James, forced to have sex with a hooker, and I'm like, how did he even get erect. Then almost every other gay guy they have, all of them just doing fine with the het-sex before they came out apparently, and I'm here like, I can't even get it up for a guy I don't find attractive, let alone woman. What, are they all on viagra or something until then? Next it'll be Scott.
@@Shenvalleyboi There are gaymen that haven´t come out that live with women and have family and children so how have they managed? There are many ways to get sexually aroused.
@@ann-christinenilsson4046 and there are also bisexuals, and also I imagine alcohol helps a great deal, but either way. Not every gay character, needs to have had an affair with a women, or sexual relationship with a woman at some point. It's like most movies with gay characters, have the gay character explaining how they tried it with a girl in highschool/college, just to see if they were missing something. Like you can only be considered validated if you've tried sex with a women at least once, and thus figured out that you were gay. That trope is kind of getting old.

I wonder whether these writers have ever considered the fact that tonny is Harry's dad ..the way these people look out for ste and they can't even do that for poor Harry ..he is always on his own ..I hope the writers dont ruin Jarry it's the only thing he got
Something I've learned. Listen, we can feel sorry for Ste all we want, we can make excuses for him time and time again but the reason Ste keeps falling into addictive patterns, which is where he is now again, this time he's addicted to the comradery, "support" and praise from the assholes he's surrounding himself with. Yes, he was manipulated. Yes, he had an abusive childhood. Yes, he's been the abuser and the abused in other relationships. Yes, he recovered from drug addiction. But all he's been doing is moving from one addiction to the other and I can't make excuses for him anymore, just like I can't make excuses for myself anymore. For Ste to change, he must be willing to stop living in denial, to be committed to the withdrawal process and to truly care and want to change. Right now he's soothing himself by hurting others and manipulated or not, it's the same pattern that he, and him alone, has to break. If he isn't committed to that, his character development isn't anyone else's responsibility. People can be there to support him but constantly having to be saved? When will he ever truly learn. I'm sorry Ste, I'm done making excuses for you.
I don't know about anyone esle but only way to solve all this is that ste needed harry and harry needed ste they both balance out each other and they should see that .........team starry all the way
