- Ep.48 : ["Dads are the Toughest Men in the World."] The triplets take part in the Incheon Asian Games torch relay. A 300m run and a news interview. Will Ilkook be okay? Jeongwon has been dreaming of a daughter. She dresses up the twins in pretty dresses to transform into Seosim and Seosun. Will they be as cute as when they're boys? Tablo and Haru head to a mud flat that will prove that every other mud flat is child's play. They fall and stumble here and there but Haru has a great time. And the return fight that everyone's been waiting for. After 2 years and 8 months he gets back into the octagon. Grandma and grandpa are busy from the morning and unlike them Sarang looks at peace. All the while Shiho is even more nervous than Sunghoon. She can't stop crying throughout the entire match.

Shiho is the type of wife I want to be. I love the way she is with her husband and her daughter. I really really respect her. Hope she will be happy with her family, she deserved it
You can definitely see in shiho's eyes that her biggest concern was not sunghoon's victory but most importantly he is safe and sound. This is what we call a real love. wow. This episode really make me crying a river.

I absolutely teared up on Sunghoon, Shiho and Sarang's reunion. I know this show isn't about the couples, but it really showed how Shiho loves Sunghoon and supports him despite having the knowledge that he'll get hurt physically because of his career choice. I guess it's because they don't interact physically much on screen which was why it touched me so much. But I absolutely adore Shiho and Sunghoon's relationship. I don't even know if I'm making sense right now because of all the tears, but I will forever support Shiho and Sunghoon and love them because even though I got irked on how they somewhat spoiled Sarang in the beginning, in the end, they raised a wonder little girl.

So true. I could understand why Sunghoon was pampering her as he grew up with a very strict father but all of us are just afraid she might grow up spoiled and bossy but God bless they really raised her well by disciplining her a little at times and I hope it becomes better. :)

It's because he knows that daehan is a reliable son and would happily share his food and he wanted to cultivate sharing in two boys too

I am shed into tears when shiho cried over sunghoon match and it really touch my heart. Shes really supportive and dont want sunghoon to get hurt.
People are always commenting how Sunghoon must not really love Shiho because he's not extremely affectionate.
PDA isn't everything and this episode just highlighted that. Those two are clearly in love with one another, they don't have to show aegyo and hug in front of the cameramen in order for that to be true.
hahaha sungjoon really sensitive and concious to camera. uts hard for him to show affectionate to others, and i really like that attitude. he respect the privacy of his and shiho too :) only gentleman will do that

daehan looks so cute with his new haircut haha its amazing to see how daehan is the "mature" big brother considering theyre probably only a few minutes apart.
I always thought of Sunghoon must love Sarang so much. It really shows through everything he does. He really loves and respects Shiho too. Even if he looks like hes being cold or not listening, it always turns out that he listens well and remembers everything Shiho tells him. He really thinks deeply about things. He cooks well for Sarang and he learned stretching techniques for her.
When the show started, he was one of the only dads that seemed like they were used to hanging out with their kid like that.
I cry when I saw Shiho crying. As a wife, she doesn't want her husband to get hurt, but she still support him. This is love. :')
The part where Choo Sung Hoon hugs Shiho almost makes me cry although he usually don't show physical affection towards his wife. It shows that he really feel thankful to his wife for all the support. It is a really good decision when they cast Choo Sung Hoon where we got to see the life of a celebrity-athlete instead of a normal celebrities like other supermans. Good job to the producer and please continue to make good episode like this.
I'm sure he does you can tell he's very shy around the cameras though. This time he really wanted to hug her but he looked at the camera the entire time. I'm sure they are very affectionate when the cameras aren't rolling.

totallymageful Yup, the PD actually mentioned before that as soon as the cameras stop, Sung Hoon is actually really affectionate with Shiho and even more so with Sarang, if that's even possible, since he's already super affectionate with Sarang. People who say stuff about him know nothing. They just judge based on what they see on the camera, but not everyone is comfortable displaying PDA to the world

Looking at how Choo Sunghoon fought so hard for himself and his family, makes me realize that we always take our parents for granted.

I cried when Sunghoon came home and they were eating the cake.. the simple conversation between the husband and the wife is just simply very touching. Then Sarang hugged his dad and more tears came out.. T_T Then Sunghoon hugged his wife, comforting Shiho.. that is just simply pure love.. Should I say that behind every successful man is a woman? Shiho is just amazing! He is so lucky to have her.. The Choo family is really beautiful in many ways.

I really cried when Sunghoon win. Most especially when he came back at home, and Shiho was sincerely congratulating him while crying her eyes out. Shiho is really a beautiful woman inside out. At first, I thought that Sunghoon does not care that much about Shiho like he does with Sarang, but as I continued watching this show, I have learned that he Sunghoon is just shy on cam but when you look closely at how he is looking at Shiho, you will know how pure his love is for her.

I'm happy to see sunghoon back. He probably is this affectionate when the cameras are not around. And I'm glad they film every three weeks. It's hard but they still can do others things while vein committed to the show.
I don't think they film every 3 weeks- I think it's every week (Not sure but I don't think it's 3 weeks). It seems as though there may have been a programme on TV so they postponed filming. I think it had to do with the Asia games or something....

I'm crying for shiho ,sunghoon and Sarang everytime I looked at his face tears would start... Fighting is a big thing for him...Tears of happiness...I knew that sunghoon was shy but today when shiho cried and he sincerely thanked her for her support I was so happy...then when he hugged her...God bless them , it was beautiful to watch them 😍😍💋👌🏽

Finally, we get to see Choo Sunghoon's heart for ShiHo. I was soooo touched when he finally hugged her. It was short but it was special, knowing how he is with physical affection on camera. They just really needed each other's strengths. I believe this show not only shows the strength of the appas, but also the ommas who remain steady and strong for their kids and for their husbands even if they don't show it on camera.

I really miss the twins and the triplets and sarang really grew up already as a young lady. haru is also grown up. New dads are on this show and the old ones leaves. And it really makes me sad but I wish all the families who joined and who still joins and will join this show will have a happy family until the end.
Cried so much during the Sunghoon scenes, just wonderful that he's worked so hard for this dream and never gave up and saw the fruit of his labor for that and to see so many people supporting him. Just wonderful. Hope he continues to go far

I have this episode downloaded and watch it from time to time lol. Sunghoon and Shiho's relationship is just too amazing. That cold man who was 'cursed' so much for not returning his wife's open affections is actually capable of showing the purest love. It's not about doing cringey romantic things, but acknowledging Shiho's worries and the things she has done to support him. I've noticed that he has thanked her openly in media for a couple of times and I feel like he has done it a lot, like it's not awkward at all for him to say that. For me, it's much more touching than saying "I love you". Appreciation is a rarity these days.
Absolutely adore these dedicated Dads... evidence of their love and devotion when the cameras are off can be seen by the way the kids act and interact! Moms have been doing it for millennia....

The most touching episode up to date! Couldn't hold my tears back when Sunghoon, with his weary yet victorious and happy face, came home to Shiho's and Sarang's surprise. And seeing Shiho speaking to Sunghoon with tears in her eyes, man I just felt my heart break. It's really heart wrenching to see a loved one getting hurt in what he/she loves, but you still give your faith and support because you just love them too much.

This episode made me cry a lot. I suddenly feel the emptiness. What does it feel like to have your father by your side and see him do everything for you and for the family. Makes me want to find my biological father.
