Can you imagine the look on the faces of the men who operated these machines if a fella turned up on his CRF300.
Top video mate👍.
😅 interesting thought Coobye! A real "The Gods Must Be Crazy" moment for sure...lol
Wow that water fall was something else.
Very unique fall hey, Rob! But need a drone to see them properly. Cheers mate 😎👍
would like a video of those falls during the wet season...spectacular.....
You have some great locations there👌
Thanks mate for another great video, and thanks for taking the time to get off the bike and show us these little hidden gems out there i really appreciate it. Cheers.
My pleasure Jason! And thanks for the kind words mate 😎👍
Phil you da man! Wow waterfall footage was incredible!
Ah, thanks Jimmy! Mate the waterfall is pretty unique 😎
Summer feelings! Great video to watch while the snowstorm does it's thing outside! Like the exploring element. Cheers from Sweden!
Glad you enjoyed it mate! Dead opposite weather here to you guys, that's for sure! Cheers mate 👍
Yeah nice drone shots , good work Phil
Thanks Andrew 👍
Another top video, Phil. Keep them coming.
Cheers Chris 🍻
Nice one Phil, love the old stamping machines hey. One day I’ll get back down there and checkout the cells👌
Cheers Curtis 👍 Yeah, imagine the noise and chaos with the machinery in full swing! Catch ya mate 😎👍
Great spot, the first engine was a generic steam engine that they mounted water pumps and air compressors to. Even though the Cylinder heads were gone my guess is a air compressor. The the “trailers” below the hammers were most likely shaker tables where the milled product was placed and the tin would of shaker to the surface of the dirt. I wonder how many people have died trying to climb down into the opening of that waterfall.
Ah cool, looked like a mix of steam and diesel machinery there. Cheers for the extra info 👍
Awesome mate , cracking waterfall that one!
Thanks mate! Would be sweet getting down to the bottom of it 😎👍
Cracking video Phil thanks 👍👍
Thanks Johnny😎 👍
Hi, friend. I noticed your skill for taking pictures is improving a lot.
Ah thanks Steve 😎👍
Great vid again mate 👍
Great Video as usual. I have never made it there yet. 2 years ago went to go through the old Snowy track. Was so over grown I should have known it was impassable. There was a 20t boulder blocking it. Had to reverse the 4wd for a km or two to get back out to bellangry forest road.
Wow. I rode in there about 3 years ago and it was crap then! 6 ft trees growing in the middle of the road, bridge collapsed, bad erosion. Definitely go in via Mine Road 👍
Hi Phil, another cracking video. The Tin Mines struck a chord with me as my ancestors owned one which was located down in Cornwall which is the Southwest of England around the same time as the one you showed in the video. Looking forward to the next video mate 👍🏻
Ah, nice one 😎. I actually watched some CZcams videos on tin mining in England before I rode there. Looks like hard, dangerous work! Cheers mate 👍
Nice! Cheers for another vid. I'm just at Tele Pt with a 2013 CRF250L. I'll have to send you some good trails some time 🤙
Cool mate, you live in a great place to head out exploring 😎. Keen to explore in there more, any info would be sweet - thanks buddy 👍
Good stuff Phil enjoyed the video
Cool, glad you enjoyed it David 😎👍
The dr would have been a handful on some of those tracks....thanks you
I took the DR down there about 3 years ago, and yep, it was a hard work! Cheers mate 😎👍
Beautiful place to ride !!
The first engine you shot is certainly a single cylinder steam engine. I’m thinking the other end of that machine is a 4 cylinder air compressor???
Just a guess on the compressor idea though.
Great editing by the way 👍👍👍
Ah cool, the puzzle is slowly coming together...lol It was probably on the trailer below the crushing machine? Cheers mate 👍
What's an adventure without a closed road, major detour and a few wrong turns :) Awesome video again, that waterfall looks super nice.
Thanks for watching Bogor! The detour was a cruel one...lol Love that waterfall, blows me away. Catch ya 👍
Awesome video again mate. You've sold me on this place. I'm going tomorrow.
Good fun in there. Check out Wilson Falls too 👍
Thanks Phil, your in my old backyard, more memories for me. I don't have much info on the old mining equipment. I knew they were there and I've even camped in the old hut. I believe the mine where they dug the raw materials was back up the hill a fair way and over in kippara there's a couple of other tin mines but i don't think they produced as much as gundle only a couple of holes in the ground. Thanks again mate, i love your work😃👍👍
Awesome Neil, that's more info that I didn't know - thanks mate 👍
Nice work 👍 thanks for sharing the history about the mine equipment didn’t know much details about it. The waterfall is so nice😎
Thanks for the map info Kane, definitely helped me with the machinery - cheers for that . I'll have to go back to find the remnants of the housing. Catch ya mate 😎👍
Another ripper, thank you. Magnificent country.
Thanks Stephen 😎👍
Gnarly track mate. I bet, as you said, knowing the bike can do it helps with confidence a lot!
I swear you've shown us this waterfal before, a few years ago? Or one very similar, with the cave section.
She's a bit rough the last bit, David! I took the DR down there 3 years ago (I think) so hence you seeing the falls before. Much easier on a smaller, lighter bike for my skills, that's for sure! Catch ya mate 😎👍
@@MidCoastAdventures Makes me think no-one, or very few, knew about that amazing cave in the falls before drones happened!!
Another amazing video, we will make it a mission to get there, thanks
Ah thanks mate! Definitely worth exploring around that area. Wilson Falls is a must see also 👍
Phil, that waterfall was stunning. Cool riding mate! 🙂
Thanks Petros! Was a great day out - if not a little hot. Cheer mate👍
great stuff again what is that cool colorful top you have on interested in getting one regards john from WA
Thanks mate 👍 The jersey is just some ebay mx shirt. Nice and cool compared to a traditional jacket (got Alpine Star body armor under it ) cheers 🍻
How are the d605’s working out Phil ?
Great tyres so far! Cheap, got plenty of grip, good on and off road - near perfect 50-50 tyres 👍
Nice! Cheers for another vid. I'm just at Tele Pt with a 2013 CRF250L. I'll have to send you some good trails some time 🤙
