I remember working with a Sikh teaching assistant in an autism special needs class, age 7-10. She had one rule - do not touch my turban, and over time all the boys knew that rule. Even if they got a bit overexcited, they said sorry for touching her 'special hat'. Hijab is exactly the same. If they get it, it can't be hard for this woman to understand why this is wrong
