Thanks for your feedback. We will keep that in mind for future videos. For this video, you might want to adjust the playback speed: Click on the cogwheel icon in the bottom right corner of the CZcams player, then click on "Playback speed" and choose your speed. For example, 0.5 will make the video play at only half of the original speed.

These videos present a lot of information, much needed, thank you. However, the pop-up Bernina promotional ads on the screen during the presentation obstruct the entire view of the software design screen. I would like to know if these pop-up ads can be shown at the end of the presentation, not during. When I pause the video, I still can't see which icon is being selected. Please advise.

Hi Alberta, thanks for your feedback. There should be no pop-up ads on this video, with the exception of the CZcams "cards" with links to our website at the end of the video. Can you please specify when exactly in the video you see promotional ads?

The new embroidery software will be available very soon in most countries around the globe. However, there are differences from country to country.
