As for your supplements, I have to take many due to health reasons and my doctors always tell me it's better to take them from 15 days (vitamins usually) to 3 months (collagen or omega 3-6-9) and then take a pause of at least 15-20 days to let the liver and the kidneys rest and recover....believe it or not, everything is processed by them and taking supplements means extra work for them, so it's good to take breaks 😉

p.s. just an info, I'm not criticizing or anything...but maybe your health issues and lack of focus are due to your vegan diet...I have nothing against a vegan diet (tried it, it's not for me due to allergies and other problems, including all my vitamins and iron levels dropping at almost 0 after a month despite the supplements...and no, the doctors never discovered why, one just told me that since I'm blood type 0, it's probably due to that because that's the least appropriate blood type for having a vegan diet) but recently many famous people including Miley Cyrus said they turned vegetarian abandoning the vegan diet due to their muscles not being able to properly recover after workouts, being tired all the time and lacking focus and memory....maybe you could talk to a doctor about these issues and see if you lack any types of proteins or minerals essential to the brain for working well but that aren't included in your diet...I think you could benefit from taking phosphorus supplements (it's usually found in fish but I cannot eat since it makes me nauseous), that always helps me a lot.
Pink! Here's a question for your next Q&A: In one of your older videos, you mentioned having a five-year timeframe to complete your Research Masters and Bachelors in Philosophy from the Netherlands. Did you end up deciding to withdraw officially?
Guess this too easy of a question to answer so I'll do it here lol. yes, I didn't see the point of completing a second masters & bachelors degree I wouldn't use for my career in a country where I'm not living.
