My mom passed on November 22 2022. It
was traumatic for me and my family. I turned away from Jesus in my early 20's and my life slowly and steadily went downhill...
John 10:10 says, "The thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy..". I lived a worldly life. The enemy wants people to slowly suffer while destroying everything that is good before he kills.
Foolishly, I took control of my life, thinking I knew better.
I tried filling the emptiness within with relationships, things, substances... Nothing made me feel complete. I'm not perfect, I still fall and i I still fail. And then I remember how much Jesus loves me (and everyone) and I'm so grateful that He softened my heart to receive His love.
The most precious gift of all is the gift of believing in Jesus and what He did for us on the Cross on Calvary ✝️🤍

I'm a worship leader. I sing, play guitar and drums. But listening to this video, the way Guy sings in and around the melody towards the end leaves me undone in the Holy Spirit. Oh that I could glorify God with my voice the way Guy does in this video. I'm 70 years old and I have sang the best I could with the voice God gave me for many years. One of these days Trump will sound and I'll fly away. And if He tarries, I'll go home to be with Him. Either way I'm a short-timer on this planet. I will never be able to sing like Guy Penrod on this Earth and I doubt God will ever be surround me with such phenomenal musicians. But...
It has been said that those who worshiped loudly and often and with reckless abandon here on Earth will in Heaven lead the multitudes.
In that day I will sing with a voice equal to the joy and adoration within me giving expression to the unfathomable reality of his presence. I will skillfully play my heavenly Martin d-28 with profusions of color.
In my little area of authority I will lead a million of the redeemed in praise and adoration with perfect harmonies and textures of music... Sounds that we will need our glorified bodies to endure for the beauty of it. Oh for a thousand tongues to sing!!! Eye hath not seen NOR EAR HEARD nor even entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for them that love him.
If you're a young person reading this and heaven seems so far away, talk to an old person. We know our time is short. Just imagine knowing that you're going to see Jesus soon and experience things unspeakable and full of Glory. Whether the rapture happen sooner or later doesn't matter to us so much because we know our tomorrow on this Earth may never come. Feeling blah unenthused or weary? Talk to an old person. You might be surprised on what you'll walk away with.

(Not that we earn the way to our reward- it's all by God's Grace. And thankfully it doesn't depend on how well we sing... or teach... or paint... play... understand... prosper... or land on those step stones!) I saw Guy at an outdoor event this past August and a Severe Thunderstorm was coming right at us. My Fiance and I Prayed and God heard our plea and a hefty breeze came through and cooled everyone off and We saw a Spectacular Show along with incredible ministering by Guy Penrod. Thank you God. This man clearly is annointed and his hand touches your thrown! My GOD You are Our everything and Debbie and I will adore You!!!

Very true but ensure you worship isn't focused on listen to good music but mostly reading the Word and prayer as well as your own songs of praise and scripture of praise the others songs. Maybe they should all be equal apart from eating the bread. But that and prayer is definitely super important. So... a bit hard. Maybe every day is different depending on what you need but there are some who just listen to music and do little study of the word and prayer. God bless
