You really inspire me because I also do hurdles and I think it is one of the most difficult races in the sport. I remember when I discovered your channel by a Short and since then, I have followed you.
The mistake in the semifinal really disappointed me because I wanted you so much to do the finals. Hope you only get better from now and reach so much more.

And BOOM. 3x School Record Holder, 2x Collegiate Record Holder, 6x All-American, TEAM US freaking A member and World Championship semi-finalist😭😭like whaaaaattttt???? Take that as a lesson, do not hit any hurdle again. But seriously, another factor with hitting hurdles is that the track is super fast so adjustments was needed.
I know you gonna come back strong next season as you are promising and I am looking forward to it.
American female sprint hurdlers are not getting what they deserve y'all deserve to have at least 5 of y'all entered at every global champs because USA's strength in depth in the event.
To make matters worst America failing to win in Budapest or the Diamond League final, denies y'all the ability to have more entrants in 2025.

Cleans from a block was great. We eat .8 grams of protein to 1 grams of protein of body weight so we don't have muscular soreness after hard weight training sessions like this! It has to be measured and managed. Carbs need to be adjusted so that you have the energy you need for your workouts without gaining weight. On you, you might gain a few pounds of muscle as you mature, it might be 7 lbs, but certainly not 30lbs. There are "fighting weights" for each height!
