Man, Nick's solo. I feel people are not reacting to this enough. I literally got a headache listening to how nasty it was. It's haunting, disgusting, beautiful, tasteful and eerie at the same time. I had the permanent stank face listening to it. God bless y'all for this.
Nick's solo is beyond cosmic.
I've seen and know him for a while but after this performance, I'm committing his name to memory.

Did anyone figure out what scales Nick uses on his solos? Except for the bluesy, gospel chops he uses, he has a particular feel to some of his solo, especially his solo on their '1999' Prince song. It just sounds so majestically alien. Also sounds so Egyptian-y or hindu (I don't know what to call it lol) and also video gamish. I have a hard time figuring out, because of all the nuances and effects he makes with his synths it's difficult to distinguish. Haha I love it.
@@stanvanillo9831 Well to each their own. I loved every part of the solo. Its not a kind of play you see often. But I agree with you on one part at least, he turned up the piano attack time as well the heat🔥.

Took the words right out of my mouth. He wasn't bad before, but he's definitely improved & finding his voice. Sometimes we forget how young he still is.
