One of the first Bluegrass festivaux was the Warrenton Bluegrass Festival just outside of my home town of Warrenton VA. Another event there was the yearly Country Music Contest.

It's a downright shame that they don't make Bluegrass festivals like this anymore.. Most of what I've seen is subpar and include this crap bluegrass-"pop" singing!...
