  • This meditation is designed to help reduce chronic pain. The relaxation response will counteract the effects of stress and help to reduce pain. Relaxation techniques are safe for anyone to use and do not have the side effects of pain medication.
    Chronic pain can be a very frustrating experience. You've been told something is wrong, but chronic-type injuries don't go away and keep bothering you long after their original cause has healed up on its own accord - which means this new problem will likely never resolve itself either!
    It also makes your body sensitive as heck: aches become painful at the slightest touch or movement (even though there isn’t anything actually wrong), anxiety starts pouring in from all directions like water filling cracks on hillsides during heavy rain season…
    So what can you do?
    Hospitals are increasingly relying on relaxation techniques as an effective way of reducing pain and speedy recovery. Cleveland Clinic is one such hospital that encourages its patients to utilize these methods after surgery in order for them not only feel better but also have a shorter post-op timeline with minimal discomfort or scars left behind!

    I couldn't help but cry 😢 during my meditation
    I'm going through intense physical pain (pinch nerve with herniated disc in my cervical spine)hearing you say you are love totally broke 💔 me. I have been very emotional lately. I thank you is really something I need it to hear today ❤ namaste 🧘‍♀️ 🙏

    Thank you for this comfortingly meditation. I have fibromyalgia and due to other things I can't take much pain medication. Your meditation helps a lot.

      I have Fibromyalgia too! I am able to take some pain medication but it’s monitored and restricted quite heavily in my country right now. This meditation is simple but very effective ❤

    It actually worked. I feel so much better. I am an amputee with sores on my butt so bad I couldn't sit down. Can't even touch to clean area. This really helped ease so I can sit down and not scream. Love the light

    Thank you so much for this guided meditation... I just finished cried because of mental breakdown which causes headache and jaw pain after cried too much... it soothe the pain and feel less pain... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    I am struggling with much more than just Fibromyalgia and today I overslept again but as ever am unhealed and untested.
    Despite best efforts I was unable to focus during this short guided meditation but thank you for providing the resource. I wouldn’t wish what I am going through on my worst enemy. I am supposed to be in my prime but am instead rotting away.

    Thank you 🙏😊 this helped me until my pain meds kicked in. I had large molar removed 3 days ago and I'm in intense pain healing. Dentist had to hold my entire jaw and head and gently rock back and forth to get tooth out. I knew I would have pain but wasn't quite prepared for this 3 days in.

    The issue is that chronic plain is to due the right thing on pain medication.

      Pain medication can be a great option, however there is a large amount of the population that prefers all natural methods.

      And it has been proven effective with 70 percent of the patients with chronic pain, and they end up using less of their medication 💊

      The medication is adding to any existing pain, masking the symptoms and not dealing with the cause 😊

      @@AUBERGINEizethat is not true in all cases. I have had 17 surgeries on my spine and pelvis from 2009-2021 because of a incident in Afghanistan while I was in the army. I use pain medication to be able to live my life the way I want. I know I will always need some pain medication to be able to do everything I want to be able to do. But I also do everything I can to strengthen my mind and body so that in 20 years I can still do everything I am doing now
