The last ball field setting by Babar in the USA match when fielders had to be placed at the boundary, exposed for the upteenth time the tactically zero captaining skills f brainless Babar, so those who are thinking that f a better team under him can do better then it still doesn't answer how Babar would ever rise up during the game situations when tactical agility is needed, that he doesn't possess. Time is crucial and it must not be wasted by letting him lead and its better to bring the last three under 19 and under 21 captains of Pk teams and decide amongst them who is better suited to lead the team based upon performance and tactical sharpness and game situation awareness. No one from this existing team must be considered as they have not shown any better.take for example Rizwan, who has insisted along with Babar to open the innings in T20s when neither has the game to show in terms of strike rate, which means that they are putting their interests over the team's interests. Thus its best to look for a solution outside. Too much time has been invested on backing the wrong horses.

(3) Encourage Youngster to play in T20 national team train them for 2 years they loose win no problem. They will appear with good skills in future. (4) Each player should play domestic cricket 🏏 for minimum 3 years then join national team. Don’t take players on the basis of PSL performance. (5) After Joining national team no player allowed to play international private leagues for first 5 years. (6) PCB should less the monthly salaries of Category (A) 20 Lac, Category (B) 10 Lac and Category (C) 5 Lacs. Players already earning millions from commercials and companies. Don’t waste so much Pakistan 🇵🇰 people tax money 💰 on these players. (7) After loosing any international event match all players give fine (Jurmana) to PCB equal 🟰 to whole match fees money. PCB utilize this money for finding new players youngster from all provinces of Pakistan 🇵🇰 and train them for future selection. These are the most valuable and basic rules should be implement by PCB. Otherwise nothing will change in this corrupt system. Thank You.

I tried to check the facts about Pakistan team situation. Few things I found, I am surprised.
1. After World Cup 22 final, Pakistan played 15 T20I matches vs Newzeland. In the span on 14-04-2023 to 24-04-2024, after that it played Ireland and England before World Cup 24.
2. Pakistan Especially Babar, Rizwan, Fakhar faced bowlers L8nde-Magala-L. Williams - Ben Lister, Hennery Shipley - Rachin - Cole Mcchonie - Luke wood-Curam-Moen Ali mostly.
3. Newyork pitch chasing is difficult, vs India, Pakistan preffered chasing, while they started it was 60 overs completed pitch, but sunshine made moisture evoprate, Pak misused, new ball advantage while batting 1st 10 overs. While India batting after 10 overs, ball was gripping, hard to hit big shots. Pakistan failed to capitalise first 10overs.
3. Making Imad Wasim as scapegoat is big blunder. He just unable to hit boundaries when conditions favouring bowlers.
4. Rizwan-Babar don't fit in Present T20I format.
5. PR agency clearly hyping Babar potential, who don't fit this format.
6. PCB, failed to address Wc22 disaster, due to Pakistan reached final, PCB brushed all issues u Der carpet.
7. PCB +Selectors shld give respect to their domestic system and selection of players shld come from their ecosystem.
Continuation of Babar, Rizwan, Shadab and Harris in T20I format will about yield disaster.
