How do I stay motivated? Yeah I follow Mr.Wonderful's routine but also Mr.Wonderful himself is a great motivation! I am a product of the learning company and I am literally about to change the game, the gaming industry that is.

I wonder if instead of treating yourself , with a material item , after one of those great deals , you did something extraordinary in a community , perhaps where you walk or work or get coffee.

This might be the best CZcams video this year. Thank you for this reminder. We kind of know all of this, but somehow we find us not follow these good habits.. I try to press personal Reset for my behaviors, because it would be stupid to expect new results without change something.
Me: I have deadlines set for my site for the new year but after relaxing for Christmas I just don't feel motivated to pick things back up

Kevin, what I am most motivated by is pink and blue gold, rhodium, palladium, platinum, sapphires, emeralds, blue garnets, opals, mother of pearls, diamonds, 1 Oz Canadian gold maple leafs, Faberge eggs and Renaissance sculptures by Bernini like the Trevi Fountain. I am also motivated by listening to Caribbean Blue by Enya, the Eagles, red Port wine, fountains and waterfalls and architectural monuments like Abu Simbel, the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, the Taj Mahal etc.
I really enjoy your content, alot of what you say resonates with me in a big way. Keep doing you Mr. Wonderful. You reminded me I need to build my watch collection lol.

Soo true. Got myself a turntable this Christmas and a couple of classic vinyl records coz I was able to invest almost 100% of my salary every month (to Tesla) 😉 this year. Next year I gotta get that "walking everyday for 30 minutes" done and a script and I'm probably gonna get myself a really nice watch or a vintage typewriter. Yeah I like a vintage typewriter. Discipline is a more realistic thing to strive for because motivation comes and goes. There will always be external factors that affect your motivation but discipline is detached from your emotions.

Long walks... I was at 340 lbs and got so SICK AND TIRED OF BEING INSIDE I was up to 9 miles a day... My entire life the only gym I seen was Jim Beam... In 4 months I was down 70 lbs. I had no idea how much my business success was dependent upon my physical fitness... 70 more in 21 and doubling my business! I enjoy listening to you Kevin!!!

Kevin Sir have your read Atomic Habits.It says that motivation is only temporary and it will only have a short term effect.It tells us that motivation does not gives us satisfaction after achieving a goal.
Amen to healthy eating! I do not smoke anything, no alcohol, no drugs. Food is my “drug of choice” and I really have to be hyper vigilant about what I eat. Refined carbs can be a major downfall.

I disagree about publicly talking about what you wish to accomplish, but agree that you should make ppl expect more of the future you. A lot of ppl are all talk, and they blow their load and look for a pat on the back by talking about what they plan on doing, and then become less motivated because now they would only be meeting ppls expectations, not impressing anyone, and in their own heads they know how ppl would react to them actually accomplishing it. Instead I don't talk about what I want to do, I just try to do it and envision ppls reactions when they find out that I did it without even talking about it. But I initially put myself under the gun by posting on social media for ppl to "Stay tuned" as in I have big plans in the future. That was about 6 years ago when I didnt have much going on yet, just an optimistic mindset trying to learn from ppl like Kevin, and now I just ended 2020 with $649,000 in sales on Amazon alone, as still a one man operation, possibly one of the best in America at what I do when considering the profit margins. The thing is, I haven't really even gone back to social media and even filled ppl in as to how well I've been doing, I just keep thinking that if they think this would be cool, then I'll really blow their minds if I go even bigger..
