5:06 "Take a moment to think about these examples.
    Aright.
We typically eat fish on Fridays... but they don't want to. Something about how the guy doesn't eat meat, and his wife just thinks meat looks funny.
I walked over to the table and asked, "Did you like it?" However, I noticed nothing had been eaten but five large sticks of butter.
Retreating to the kitchen to meet with my dog, I knew we needed to whip up another meal for the general. The only things we had in the fridge were ham, beef sticks, and brisket.
"Oh no! What shall we do?"
The dog began to speak. "Well, we could disguise the meat with some butter. I've seen no objections to butter."
"Why, that's perfect. But the General's already looked in our fridge when we wierdly showed him around the entire house. Doesn't Paul (Last name Paul, I'm trying my best.) know about it?"
The dog sat in the fridge and closed the door-- a valid panic response.
I simply sighed and began to shape far too much butter over the brisket. Then, I stopped to behold the mess I'd made.
"On second thought, I will do it later."
The general sat up from the table and walked into the kitchen.
"She will do it first," he said, gesturing towards his wife, "We brought cookies to share because we knew you would make something with meat."
    "Wow!!"
    ...
(Not sure whether to be offended or pleased)
    "Thank you?..."
    End

4:55 "I will do it later" and "She will do it first". I think "do" in these cases is the main verb, not the auxiliary. Am I right?

Wow. I've just started taking an TEFL course and all of this stuff if a lot to take it. It's like having to learn English all over again. On the other hand, it's also really useful to know for learning another language; I'm studying German at the moment and had no idea what the heck a modal verb and eventually came to this video. It's so interesting learning why things are done the way they are in English, it's just second nature to me now that I've got to slow down and really think about what I'm saying. I can see now how valuable videos like these will be as I progress in this course.

It goes without saying that Phrasal Verbs give Usage difficult to guess but make the language more colloquial and easy to speak .
your video is very helpful for more good practice .
Ms Emma , I truly enjoy taking your English Lessons.
