    Sir, I was all set to make Udupi rasam including soaking tamarind in water when I saw to my dismay that the powder( which I’d made a while ago) had gone bad. Anyway, I had rasa podi that I’d ground in the mixie , but took your advice and added jaggery in it and was truly awesome 👏. Went ahead and made the Udupi rasam powder for the future
