76 Series Full Fitouts ( Heiner Builds Your Ride Special ) Episode 5

Heiner Builds Your Ride Special is a new series where Heiner and his team transform an old 4WD car into a brand new overlander car, right from scratch.
In the 5th episode, we documented our process of installing new interiors and accessories to the 76 Series Landcruiser. We added some serious upgrades to the exterior & interior of the 76 Series and not only the electrics. You will see the whole process on how we installed other accessories including bullbar, tow mirrors, a rooftop tent & more.
This is what you can expect to see in the video:
- We fitted out the aluminium powder-coated interiors inside the 76 series with 3 utility drawers, one box for all auto-electric installation and a spot to install the 85L Bushman Upright Fridge & Travel Buddy 12V Marine Oven
-We Installed all the electrics inside the 76 Series with EGON DC-Hub and Relay Hub at the centre of the electrics along with Redarc Manager 30, Redarc 2000W Inverter, BCDCN 1225 Core, and 200Ah Amptron Lithium Battery
- We installed the plumbing setup with a water tank underneath the car which connects to Egon Water Hub and an Aqueous 6L water heater.
- We installed a serious rooftop tent setup from The Bush Company (AX27 Clamshell Rooftop Tent) accompanied by 270XT Awning, 200W Redarc Solar Panel, Lazerlamps Linear 36 Light Bar, and Lazer Utility 25 work lights.
- In the Engine we installed a dual battery system using Century Batteries and Klarmann” Get Home Safe Kit”. Also up front, we installed the Lazerlamps Sentinel Elite 9-inch driving lights
- We have installed the Towing Electric Mirrors from MSA, along with Towpro Electric Brake Controller V3 from Redarc.

I am keen to get a killer power set up done. But am keen o the Scotty from Safarie. Looks like a good product. At the same time I like the water and power hubs you offer. Would you consider (fitting ) the Scotty whilst doing the other work. Major build. NPS 300. NEW BOUT APRIL

There's a bit of stuff that's not ADR compliant and some engineering required.

09:15 was the chassis drilled or existing holes used? In Australia, drilling the chassis and/or employing penetrative welds requires engineering before re-rego.
Has the bullbar been pinned?

No drilling or welding is required for off-road animal, uses existing factory holes
