THAAAANK YOU for this tutorial...It really helped a lot, and the way you explain the process is fantastic...I'm so subscribing
You are very welcome! Thank you for the awesome feedback :D
Terrific as always Tobias. I hope you do a lot more (up--to-date) 2020 / 2021 Mocha PRO tutorials please. Things have changed a lot since 2016.
Thank you for the comment :) Yes, a lot has changed over the years and I’ve been meaning to make more updated ones :D

Merci pour ce tuto. Vous expliquez très bien.
:D Freut mich dass es dir gefallen hat!
thanks for the tutorial, this will help a lot
You are very welcome! Glad you liked it :D
Thank you so much
You're very welcome!
Very cool!
Just one thing with Camera Lens Blur, you probably already know... but feathering the mask wont reduce the blur properly, it will just kinda fade it over the un-blurred footage leaving a double image effect. Correct way would be to pre-comp your masks as a black and white animation. Then set that as the Blur Map.
thanks for th3 new tuto.... 😀
You’re welcome :) Thank you for the comment!
Finally a new tutorial
Indeedlio!
how awesome sir
be healthy with your toturials
Glad you liked it! All the best!
Love your tutorials thank you so much! Question - is it possible to use powermesh to place 3d objects onto a surface? What about with a moving camera and combing a mesh track with camera data?
Toby is becoming male Nebula, btw looking forward for some Blender tuts soon. 🔥👍🏼
Haha, love GOTG! More Blender tutorials will be coming soon(ish) too :D
This amazing
:D Glad you enjoyed it!
I see you getting swole bro💪Nice tutorial btw
Swole on my lockdown food belly maybe... (there’s a reason it’s under the table haha)! Glad you liked the tutorial though!
Literally the best editing tutorial channel here.
There's tons of awesome editing tutorial channels out there :) I really appreciate the feedback though, glad you're enjoying my content!
@@SurfacedStudio Im enjoying it since 2015 😅

So Awesome mate best video ever.😁😁😁😁😁😁
Thank you for the comment, glad you liked the tutorial!
AWESOME MATE
Woah🔥🔥🔥
:D
Excellent tutorial... thank you. Can you please show us how to do the inverted process ? I mean how to remove a stamp or logo from a difficult surface like a shirt, a flag etc with powermesh ?
thank you so much for these, youve literally saved my editing career (can i even call it a career lmao)
Haha, glad to hear you’re finding my tutorials helpful :) Thank you for the comment!
@@SurfacedStudio you're welcome
Loved the tutorial but if u could show other tutorials of how removed the camera reflection and other background things
I love watching this channel because of all the additional things I learn outside of the base of the tutorial. So many little bits of knowledge hidden throughout.
Thank you for the awesome feedback! Happy to hear you’re enjoying my videos :D
Hey ! Cool !!!!
Thanks :D
Can you do a blender tutorial how to make the scene real please
Please do a Blender and Hitfilm Pro tutorial of this tutorial
Hello sir.... Greetings please an urgent advice needed....I have two options ....alienware 15 r3 i7-7700hq gtx 1070 or msi gf63 i5-9300h gtx 1650....I am into video editing and using aftereffect...which would be a good option.
you are a pro video editor anv vfx artist
Ah nonsense! I just like tinkering 😅
@@SurfacedStudio no sir . i learning from you
What Muscles!
That is the easy part.
Omg 😱😱😱😱
Let’s hope that’s happy-shocked and not sad-shocked!
Great tutorial.... but what does "press start" mean at 9:11?? Is it just a marker?
It's 'press star' (asterisk), not 'press start' :)
and I forgot to say something
I come frome Iran and that was my first comment!!!
I hope you enjoy it:D
Hope you liked the video!
you are big time
No big time here! Hope you enjoyed the tutorial!
Hows the workflow from the standalone version of mocha is there a difference?
With Mocha Pro standalone you need to export your tracking data to use inside your target application - there's lots of options within Mocha Pro standalone :)
Would you like to tell us which 3d animation software best for medical animation? ...thanks
That's a little like asking which fork is best for Italian food - it all depends. Here's a video I made on the topic quite a while ago czcams.com/video/8BT4YSOjTas/video.html
Can we use Mocha that comes with AE 2020 for this effect?
Unfortunately not. While you can do a lot of cool things with Mocha AE (like screen inserts, cleanups and rotoscoping) it doesn't have all the features you get with Mocha Pro - like PowerMesh :)
Can you made a tutorial, for moving a text on a house. Who begin on a wall and go to another one ?
Check out some of my other Mocha tutorials - being a planar tracker you could easily track the sides of a house (two joining sides, tracked separately) and have an animation that plays a piece of text moving from one side across to the other :) czcams.com/video/RevDN2fNGag/video.html
Sir please help, i installed mocha pro 2021 seperately but in after effects its showing the older version of mocha and i am using after effects 2021..please help..🙏what to do
Have you installed Mocha Pro 2021 before or after you installed/upgraded After Effects to 2021? Make sure you install the Mocha Pro Adobe plugin (and I'm hoping you're using the plugin?) afterwards :)
Wow. Thank you for this tutorial. I will use visual effects for my CZcams channel. Btw my channel about 3d modelling and my experience in this industry
I get stuck at 15:46 in this video. I don't see the black mask (when I alt + drag/drop the new comp). Any idea why?
What do you see inside your Cyberpunk Implant Glow Comp? You should have the black layer with the bright UI elements in there. If you use that layer and the Blend mode is set to 'Multiply' anything dark within that nested comp should show up dark in your main composition :)
Sir, when your next after effect tutorial is coming?
I do not know :) I am currently working on a few more After Effects training courses
Is anything like this possible with fusion in davinci resolve studio?
It should be. Mocha Pro does support Blackmagic Fusion and DaVinci Resolve :)
where were you, I was waiting for your video
Was right here! If you didn't get notified, make sure you have notifications enabled :D
I think walter needs his own channel guys... Hasn't it been long enough? Doesn't the man have dreams?
Walter's dreams are the nightmares of others which is why he only haunts my dreams (and videos)...
I saw the video you made in 2012
:D I've been around for a loooong time
I think it's better with 3d software
You can get a more realistic results with a full blown 3D integration - it becomes a lot (a lot) more complicated though ;)
@@SurfacedStudio teach me in 3D (like profesor Strange)
sadly the mesh part omly work with the paid version of mocha , too bad the tutorial looks great
Yes, this tutorial uses Mocha Pro which offers the PowerMesh feature. I have tutorials for the free Mocha AE version as well, but it’s a little more limited (though still awesome)
@@SurfacedStudio oh that is awesome I will keep checking the videos until I find one
