Solving trigonometric identities is my biggest problem in math right now. I just can't do it, every single trigo identity question is like a new puzzle for me.
it is all about practice, practice, practice, i struggled with them a lot and still get stumped time to time. I have a lot of examples for you in my playlists. Pause the video and see how far you can get and then check your answer or my process. I try to go through my thinking when I teach these

1- by first expanding tanteta, cotteta, secteta in terms of sinteta, and costeta, transform tanteta + 4cotteta = 4secteta into a quadratic equation in sinteta. Solve this equation for 0° < teta < 360°,giving your answer to the nearest degree.

csc(-x) = - csc(x) some body can help me to verify it algebrically.
since csc(x) is an odd function it follows the definition of odd functions. This is an identity
it can be proved geometrically.
