Lil' Guardsman is a narrative puzzle game, inspired by the classic point-and-click genre and the mechanics of Papers, Please. Set in a high-fantasy world with the comedic sensibility of Monkey Island and other 90s Lucasarts adventure classics, Lil regularly finds herself covering for her dad, the head castle guardsman. She interrogates a cavalcade of fun and weird characters trying to gain entry to The Sprawl.
You decide their fate... and the fate of the entire kingdom.

Hey there! Scott the composer (and one of the co-creator's here). My first career was as a musical director and composer in musical theatre, and my wife Tringa is an amazing actor and singer, so I roped her into voicing Chloe! haha

@@playhilltop As someone who recently got this game, I have to say that your wife has an amazing voice. I admit to replaying this level a couple times just to hear Chloe sing.
Are there any specific disney songs this was inspired by? I'm trying to find stuff that sounds similar.
Hey! As you can tell by the character design, Chloe is most inspired by Belle from Beauty and the Beast, but the music is sort of a broad mashup of Alan Menken-y Disney music. (Scott, the composer here:) I worked in theatre and on musicals before I got into games, so I just pulled from all the different shows I've worked on!
