I owned an FJ first car 1968 one off original had a valve radio Venetian blinds and traveled up Mt Ousley in top gear cream in colour. What I wouldn’t do to have that car back. First car❤😂🎉😢

So wait; I still didn’t get the pattern. In LHD I know that first is down and close (my dad always told me to hook my thumb over the rim to know I had it back far enough - vis.: not in 3rd).
This video confused me! If the patterns are the same, then for a left-hand gearchange the pattern would have first down and AWAY, not down and CLOSE.
I know how floor gearchange works. But are column-shift patterns identical or mirrored?
Should be mirrors of lhd mate. Hard to remember I can just jump in and drive them
