The Ultraviolence era was such an unbelievably depressing time for Lana. This performance alone seems very uninspired which is rare for Lana. I remember all the interviews she did during the Ultraviolence era were quite sad and scary. I'm happy she seems to be much happier now. Her performances are much better now too.
I disagree, her new performances are worse than the old ones. Kidys sang at least in her own voice, not from a playback, and now she's lost that low voice
@@ameliakazak6700Took the words out of my mouth. I understand Lana’s new laid back, breathy feel, but old Lana, especially BTD: Paradise era Lana was a vocal beast. She had hit the Cola high note live once.
Lana isnt really your typical Glastonbury singer with bright lights and energetic movements, she just stands there and sings, which I think is great, as it suits her style and songs. You can see how she tried to incorporate the Glastonbury fever into her performance, but it doesn't work for her.
Her BEST song by FAR! Content, melody, metrics, rhymes... :MASTERPIECE She MUST play COLA in her concerts again. This IS about ART, not a Tribunal in NY.
Britney Foster he wasn’t being negative he was just saying she is getting better which I agree with, I don’t like many of her earlier performances 🤷🏼♀️
Utterly Beautiful and absolutely mesmerising. For me she is somewhere between Bobbie Gentry, Julee Cruise, Nancy Sinatra and Hope Sandoval, and that is the perfect place to be.

I know this isn't LDR's best performance per se, but this arrangement of Cola is my favorite that I've heard. The guitar work and the harder mix of percussion and keys really carry the emotions home and give the track a driving, climactic feel compared to the album version. I'd love to hear this version recorded in studio quality someday.
is it me or at 5:22 she sings something like "if you lick it up, it feels real fine!" ? And then "You think we'll work it out, I'll work you real fine!" :D
Her guitarist is everything.
Blake Lee is amazing
The freaking guitar riffs at the beginning get me every time
Ik theyre so sunsety 🌅 ❤️
yeah but the the beginning of summertime sadness one is my fav, gives me chills everytime
It’s gonna be on the new album this Friday! That’s why I’m here 8 years later
I like the string elements of her music, but there’s something awesome about this stripped down version, with the guitar turned UP.
I know!!!!!
iconic song, iconic performance, iconic artist, iconic festival its all just fucking perfect
yes it really is!!!!
Lana + electric guitar = best thing in the whole wide world

Really? She's been signing since she was 17 or 18. She's 29 now, and she's very very popular. Do you see how many people are there to see her?
Britney Foster he wasn’t being negative he was just saying she is getting better which I agree with, I don’t like many of her earlier performances 🤷🏼♀️

Everybody's complaining about her smoking. She barely smokes enough to have a cough. Chill
Utterly Beautiful and absolutely mesmerising. For me she is somewhere between Bobbie Gentry, Julee Cruise, Nancy Sinatra and Hope Sandoval, and that is the perfect place to be.
This is how you show your talent with out being out there. Great job!
I like how they were playing a "wicked games" kinda thing in the beginning
that's what i heard too. she really needs to cover this track
