Hello, I need a help. I dropped my phone and the side part broke and I can see the inside of my phone from that part. But after that incident my phone was working but the there seemed to be a charge issue like my phone got heated and the charge was decreasing very fast. Then after that day my phone also worked like that I had to charge it and after using for 3 hours the charge got 15%. That night I switched off my phone and when I woke up I saw that it's not opening I tried to charge it and it showed the charing symbol but it wasn't charging. And after a few times of trying to power on it started vibrating and the screen glitched a little bit. That's when I saw that the side part of my phone broke. Can you please help me by saying what's can be the problem and can I fix it in my home or I need a service centre?

Don't ever trust a device then got water inside because it may keep on working but it could also die anytime because there may some oxidation take place anywhere inside the phone. You may be lucky if you exchange the display but it could also have affected the connector of the display or the main board. After water damage a phone should be immediately shut down, disassembled and dried, maybe cleaned with alcohol. Sometimes you can't reach every part because some are below some metal shields.

Good day. I do have the same unit with totalled scrren/lcd and been to repairshops for a couple of times trying to replace it with the new one but it always turns out the touch screen will fail to work; even with the original one

Have you checked if the touch screen connector on the motherboard is OK? or even the ic touch of the motherboard ... since if you have tried several parts of screens, from several suppliers and all work in the same way ... it would be necessary to review the above indicated. This isn’t the proper way. You should first test the screen before taking off the plastics, THEN if the screen is good, you take off the plastics and then you glue.
